The affable boy with a pleasing personality, Shyam was very much a part of the batch and everything we did. We lost the promising pilot to a tragic bike accident on 9/10/85 in Darjeeling. The endowment for top rank NDA entrant made in his name by his father, makes Shyam’s memory live on.
